A new Holmes is on the case. The CW premieres “Sherlock & Daughter” this Wednesday, introducing a fresh twist on the classic detective. When Sherlock Holmes finds himself sidelined from a case, a mysterious young American named Amelia steps into the fray. Amelia arrives seeking Holmes’s help, unaware of her own connection to the legendary detective: her missing father.
Together, this unlikely duo must solve a murder, unravel a global conspiracy, and uncover the truth about Amelia’s parentage. Is she really Sherlock’s daughter? Their first challenge together looks to be fraught with peril, demanding all of Holmes’s deductive skills and Amelia’s unknown talents.
