Lifetime is set to premiere the highly anticipated sequel to the hit TV movie Single Black Female. The original film garnered a massive audience of over 8.0 million viewers and was ranked as the number one original non-holiday movie of 2022 across both linear and digital platforms. Now, fans can rejoice as Amber Riley, Raven Goodwin, and K. Michelle reprise their roles for Single Black Female 2: Simone’s Revenge.

Scheduled to air on Saturday, March 2 at 8:00 PM, Single Black Female 2 picks up three years after the dramatic events of the first film. Monica, played by Raven Goodwin, narrowly escaped the clutches of her half-sister Simone (Amber Riley), who had murderous intentions towards her. Determined to move forward with her life, Monica starts fresh in Seattle as the host of the city’s top primetime investigative television program.

Supported by her best friend Bebe (K. Michelle) and a promising new love interest, Monica begins to rebuild her life with optimism. Meanwhile, Simone has been secretly recovering from her injuries and suffering from amnesia. However, when she sees Monica on TV, her memories come flooding back, leading to an inevitable reunion between the two sisters.
