The search for partnership comes to a head this Saturday on OWN, as the inaugural season of #Somebody’s Son reaches its finale. Airing at 9:00 PM ET, #DatingSomebodysSon (Season 1, Episode 12) sees the three single, successful men make their final choices about who they want to pursue an exclusive relationship with.
The series, which takes its name from the popular hashtag celebrating the quest for Black love, has added a unique wrinkle by including the mothers of the men in the matchmaking process. These matriarchs have been on hand throughout the season, offering their sons advice on potential partners, adding an interesting familial lens to the dating game.
