Stacey Solomon returns with her decluttering dream team in “Sort Your Life Out” this Tuesday, taking on a home overflowing with 40 years of accumulated belongings. This episode visits the Jamieson family in East Sussex, whose bungalow has become a repository for decades of memories – and a whole lot of stuff.
The team’s approach is radical: they strip the house bare, piling every single item into a massive warehouse. The Jamiesons are then faced with the daunting task of sorting through their possessions, reliving memories and making tough decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard. Expect tears, laughter, and a few surprises as the family confronts their attachment to things.
With Stacey’s online friend Zoe Sugg (Zoella) lending a hand, the team also revamps the house, creating a fresh, functional space for the family to start anew. The transformed kitchen and 1970s-inspired bedroom are highlights of the makeover. “Sort Your Life Out” airs Tuesday, March 4th at 8:00 PM on BBC One.
