The Charleston crew returns for another round of sweet tea, shade, and surprisingly sincere apologies (or at least attempts at them). This week’s Southern Charm, titled “Gone to the Dogs,” is shaping up to be a veritable dog pile of drama, with enough twists and turns to make your head spin faster than a cotillion dancer.

JT, seemingly realizing the error of his ways (or at least the PR nightmare he created), takes pen to paper to offer Miss Patricia a mea culpa. Whether the grande dame of Charleston society accepts his apology is something else, but one can only hope this gesture is more than just a fleeting attempt at damage control.

Meanwhile, a Doggy Parton-themed party provides a festive backdrop for the ongoing interpersonal fireworks. Because what’s a Charleston gathering without a healthy dose of awkward encounters and simmering resentments? Amidst the canine couture and cocktails, Shep Rose decides to introduce his new girlfriend to the group. Prepare for raised eyebrows, whispered judgments, and possibly a jealous ex or two lurking in the shadows.

But the real drama appears to be brewing between Taylor and someone from her boyfriend’s past. Details are scarce, but the confrontation promises a showdown that could leave emotional scars deeper than a bad Botox injection.

Elsewhere in the tangled web of Charleston relationships, Austen finds himself questioning his friendship with Craig. Have these two bros reached the end of their bromantic road?

Southern Charm airs Thursdays at 9 PM on Bravo.
