For a look into the often-unseen world of stadium security, A&E’s “Stadium Lockup” offers a behind-the-scenes look at the challenges of keeping order at major sporting events. This Wednesday, the series heads to Cleveland, Ohio, in an episode aptly titled “Only in Cleveland.”
From unruly fans and public intoxication to potential influencer interference and interpersonal disputes, the episode follows law enforcement, private security, and medics as they work to maintain control and ensure the safety of everyone in attendance. We’ll see a dispute between two men, a highly intoxicated female, and an aggressive fan getting detained. Plus a view of the stadium command center, keeping watch over everything with its network of over 500 CCTV cameras.
