Paramount+ UK has commissioned a new drama series, “Stags,” created by Daniel Cullen and produced by Eleven Film (“Sex Education, “Ten Pound Poms”). The six-part series will offer a twist on the traditional bachelor party narrative.

Stags centers on Stu, the groom-to-be, played by Nico Mirallegro, and his diverse group of friends, including Charlie Cooper, Asim Chaudhry, Corin Silva, and Sophie Lenglinger. What starts as a fun-filled stag do in South America quickly takes a dark turn when the group finds themselves stranded on a lawless prison island, ruled by the ruthless siblings Selma and Branco Quispe, played by Paulina Gálvez and Oscar Foronda.
