The bidding wars are back. Storage Wars heads to Montebello this Saturday, and based on what the preview shows, it’s anyone’s game. Airing at 9 PM ET on A&E, One Man’s Trash…Is Lisa’s Trash brings the usual suspects to a new locale where a mountain of repossessed lockers—and a whole lot of junk—await.
For the bargain-hunting pros—part gamblers, part detectives—it’s all about sussing out what’s trash and what’s treasure. Brandi’s back in the mix, aiming to corner the resale market, while Ivy gets his gloves dirty digging through vintage safety gear, hoping he’s struck gold (or at least something sellable).
Storage Wars is sixteen seasons deep into its run, which makes this episode an anthropological study in just how long a reality competition can coast on pure schadenfreude. If you enjoy watching people spend their rent money on dusty old boxes filled with someone else’s castoffs, well, there’s still apparently an audience for that. And this Saturday, that audience is headed to Montebello.
