In Almería, agents Sharon Garner and Steve work to find Bob and Michelle from Southend-on-Sea a retirement property. Their budget is £145,000, and the key requirements are three bedrooms and, of course, a swimming pool.
Meanwhile, over in Murcia, Darren and Natalie Brown are helping Irish clients Michelle and Steve. This couple is looking for a coastal property that can house not just them, but also their bikes, motorbikes, and a camper van. The Browns face an uphill battle when their first two viewings fall flat, making the third property a critical one.
