In Almería, the Garners have a unique task: finding a holiday home for a Shropshire couple, despite their clients never having stepped foot in Spain before. With ten grandchildren in tow, the couple needs space, and the Garners are set to find a roomy property fit for family gatherings. Over in Murcia, Darren and Natalie assist a pilot and an A&E doctor on their quest for the ideal retirement villa, complete with a £500,000 budget and a wish for a private swimming pool.
Beyond the house-hunting, Sharon and Steve from the property team manage to squeeze in a surprise 50th birthday celebration for their son-in-law, Matt. Darren and Natalie also take a break from client appointments to furnish their new office.
