Sun, Sea and Selling Houses is back in the Spanish sun this Friday, July 4, with a new episode at 6:05 PM on Channel 4. The show continues its run of property searches and family stories, as British hopefuls look to find their perfect home under the Mediterranean sky.
In Almería, Sharon and Steve Garner face the classic real estate challenge: differing opinions within a couple. Their clients, golf enthusiast Graham and his wife Tracy, have a budget of 230,000 euros but can’t agree on a property. The Garners must try to bring them together, reconciling Graham’s lean towards one place with Tracy’s preference for another.
Meanwhile, on the Costa Blanca, the Alderton family takes on a high-stakes search for Joanne, who has a 1.3 million euro budget and her best friend Sharon along for moral support. The pressure is on the Aldertons to deliver a millionaire mansion that checks all Joanne’s boxes.
Beyond the property hunts, the episode also features some lighter moments. Jo and Andrew Alderton try their hand at salsa dancing, and Shaun Garner shows support for his 14-year-old niece Alicia during her rhythmic gymnastics training.
