Channel 4’s sun-drenched property search series, Sun, Sea and Selling Houses, continues its eighth season Monday, July 7 at 6 PM. This episode takes viewers to both the bustling Costa Blanca and the calmer shores of Almería as two sets of British house hunters chase their Spanish dreams.
In Almería, Steve and Shaun Garner work with Janice and Stephen, a couple from Birmingham looking for a permanent exit from work. Their £150,000 budget seems workable until unexpected issues arise, prompting Sharon to step in to help get things back on track.
Meanwhile, on the northern Costa Blanca, the Aldertons assist James, a golf enthusiast hoping to buy a second home with a budget of £350,000. It is a big budget, so James is likely to find a suitable property that works for him. The episode also gives us a look at the personal lives of the agents, as Sharon and Steve take a tour of Shaun’s new apartment. Jo and Andrew Alderton also take a break from their daily grind to search for palm trees.
