In Almería, Shaun Garner and his father Steve take on Christy and Mike from Essex, who are looking for a permanent move to Spain. The catch? Their wish list is long, turning the search for their ideal spot into a near-impossible quest for that elusive perfect match. Living out of suitcases, the pressure is on the Garners to find a solution fast. Meanwhile, Shaun finds time to train with his dad, a former champion bodybuilder, at the local gym.
Over on the Costa Blanca, Darren and Natalie Brown are working with Richard and Sam, a couple from Lincolnshire, to find a holiday retreat. With a budget of £440,000, they check out three different properties. The twist here: one of the options has yet to be built.
