After 34 years with the NHS, Sara is seeking a new chapter in Spain, with a budget of £150,000 for her dream home on the Costas. The pressure is on Charlotte and Damon to make Sara’s Spanish dream a reality. The Rodriguez family also takes time out to celebrate Halloween with apple bobbing.
Further south in Málaga, Shani and Andrew Hamilton are working with Joy and Bernd, an Irish German couple looking for a property with a garden for their dogs and a garage for Bernd’s car, all within a £400,000 budget. Andrew and Shani also work on setting up a new office in their basement.
