Ah, the Survivor auction. A time-honored tradition of temptation, where castaways get to bid their hard-earned rewards (well the free money handed out by Jeff anyway) on everything from peanut butter to letters from home. This week, however, it seems things are getting a little more interesting than usual.
The preview hints at a “twist” and someone biting into “a little more than food.” Is this a hidden advantage cleverly disguised as a snack? A clue to a new immunity idol baked into a loaf of bread? The possibilities are endless, and knowing Survivor, probably slightly absurd.
Beyond the auction, the usual tribal council chaos is in store, culminating in the first member of the jury being picked. Who will it be? Someone who overplayed their hand at the auction? Someone who mistakenly ate the hidden immunity idol thinking it was a brownie? Or perhaps someone who simply couldn’t stomach another serving of coconut rice?
