In the second episode of Tagged, we follow the stories of Timothy, Christian, and Dylan, who are all dealing with life while wearing tags and facing various challenges and uncertainties.
Timothy, 19, from Bradford, is on his third tag and awaiting trial for robbery. The GPS tag excludes him from entering the city center, making his daily commute to college and probation meetings difficult and time-consuming. Aspiring to pursue a career in rap music, Timothy strives to stay out of trouble.
However, staying away from the town, where his friends and recording studios are based, proves to be a test of his resolve. Timothy arranges to meet his best friend to record music but fails to show up, leaving his friend worried and concerned about his whereabouts.
In Nottingham, Christian has been out of prison for 11 months and is anxiously awaiting the day he can finally get his tag removed. As he attends his final probation meeting, he worries that a surprise drugs test could jeopardize his freedom. Christian has been trying to rebuild his life, but the lack of a fixed address presents ongoing challenges.
Meanwhile, Dylan and Nino find themselves spending the night in police cells after a violent fight breaks out. Dylan reflects on the impact that his repeated arrests are having on his mother. With multiple charges and tag breaches hanging over him, Dylan’s future remains uncertain.
