Channel 9’s heartwarming series Take Me Home returns for a second season, continuing its focus on the joy of rescue dogs and the incredible work of animal rescue organisations. The show follows the efforts of SAFE Inc. (Saving Animals From Euthanasia), a foster care and adoption organisation dedicated to giving homeless pets a second chance.

The new season, premiering Friday 12 April, will once again take viewers behind the scenes, showcasing the tireless work of the SAFE team, foster carers, and volunteers as they save the lives of forgotten animals. Each episode will feature three animals taken into SAFE’s care, highlighting the complexities and challenges of the foster care model.

The season premiere introduces viewers to Sue, Elichia, and new recruit Marie, who work tirelessly alongside rangers and volunteer foster carers to ensure every animal finds a loving home.
