While the details of Sanders’ new talk show are still under wraps, it’s a safe bet that his life and career in sports will be front and center. But will he tackle the tougher topics, or stick to the playbook?
“Coach Prime,” the Amazon documentary chronicling Sanders’ coaching career, will surely offer some insight into his methods and philosophies. But will it reveal the real Deion, or just another carefully crafted persona?
In a slightly less glamorous, but arguably more inspiring segment, three generations of community volunteers from the D.C. area will also be on hand to share their stories of service and dedication. It’s a welcome reminder that heroes come in all forms, not just those wearing shoulder pads.
