Is it possible to hack your way to a perfect night’s sleep? Does Friendsgiving trump Thanksgiving? And just how deep is the fashion chasm between millennials and Gen Z? Tamron Hall is set to explore these burning questions (and many more) in a jam-packed week of talk show antics.
Kicking off the week with a Friendsgiving celebration on Monday, November 25, Cynthia Erivo, of “Wicked” fame, will grace the stage to discuss the magic of friendship (and maybe a little bit about defying gravity). She’ll be joined by “Wicked” costume designer Paul Tazewell, offering a behind-the-seams peek at the musical’s iconic looks. And because no Friendsgiving is complete without a feast, author and radio host Bevy Smith and her sister Stephanie Smith Long will offer culinary inspiration.
Tuesday, November 26, takes a decidedly more scientific turn with an exploration of sleep optimization. The show will feature individuals who’ve embraced the latest sleep hacks and gadgets in their quest for perfect slumber, alongside experts who will weigh in on the effectiveness of these sometimes-extreme measures.
Wednesday, November 27, promises a heartwarming dose of follow-up stories. Viewers will reconnect with past guests, including a New York City resident who donated a kidney to a stranger and the now-grown-up King Moore from the show’s “Little Dreamers, Big Dreams” series.
Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, feature “another chance to see” episodes that look into the intricacies of family relationships and the ever-present age wars playing out on social media. Thursday’s episode, “Fierce Families,” includes comedian Jay Pharoah and a heartwarming adoption story. Friday’s “Age Wars” episode throws millennial influencer Rachel “Rae” Parrish (aka “green dress girl”) into the ring with Gen Z influencer DeAndre Brown and Gen X’s Kelly Manno, along with fashion experts to dissect the generational style clash.
“Tamron Hall” airs weekdays at 10:00 AM on ABC.
