Host Tom Read Wilson opens the doors to the restaurant where ordinary diners become food critics for a day. In this episode, the theme is the most important meal of the day: breakfast. Putting the food through its paces is a varied group of tasters with different morning routines. A trio of working mums who often grab breakfast on the go are joined by friends from the hospitality industry and sisters from Ireland who have strong opinions on what makes a proper fry-up. Also offering their verdicts are a pair of vicars getting ready for their Sunday services, friends who love to brunch, and a group of early morning dog walkers, all ready to decide which breakfast foods are truly best in class.
