Netflix has released images from A Man on the Inside, a comedy series starring Ted Danson. The show is created by Mike Schur and is based on the documentary The Mole Agent.
The series centres on Charles (played by Danson), a bored man in retirement who becomes a mole in a secret investigation after responding to a private investigator’s ad.
The eight-part series also stars Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Stephanie Beatriz, and Lilah Richcreek Estrada.
A Man on the Inside is produced by Universal Television, with Mike Schur’s Fremulon, 3 Arts Entertainment, Micromundo Producciones, and Motto Pictures also serving as production companies. Executive producers include Mike Schur, Morgan Sackett, David Miner, Maite Alberdi, Marcela Santibañez, Julie Goldman, and Christopher Clements.
