MTV’s “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” returns with a new episode, “Shoot It Straight,” and as usual, life for these young mothers is anything but straightforward.
Mackenzie gets the surprise of a lifetime when she learns she’s expecting twins. Meanwhile, Leah takes a big step forward as she gets daughter Ali medically cleared for her driver’s test – a milestone moment for any parent. And in a turn of events that few could have predicted, Bentley and Ryan find themselves spending time together, opening up a whole new chapter in their complicated relationship.
But not all is smooth sailing. Cheyenne faces a difficult time as she struggles with fertility issues and feels unsupported by Zach, leading to an emotional breakdown. And while Amber takes a positive step by rekindling her bond with her mom, the path to healing old wounds is rarely easy.
