Hulu presents Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story, a four-part documentary series chronicling the iconic band’s four-decade-long journey and the uncertain future of its frontman, Jon Bon Jovi. Premiering on April 26, 2024, the docuseries offers an all-access pass to the band’s epic past and present challenges.
The series joins Bon Jovi in February 2022 as they embark on a journey of self-reflection and perseverance. With Jon Bon Jovi’s vocal injury threatening their future, the band navigates fits and starts as they attempt to forge a new path. Rare personal videos, unreleased early demos, original lyrics, and never-before-seen photos showcase the band’s transformation from Jersey Shore clubs to global superstardom.
The docuseries covers the triumphs and setbacks, greatest hits, and most public moments of friction. It explores the band’s rise to stardom, their impact on the music industry, and the challenges they faced along the way. The highs and lows of their journey are presented through the lens of those closest to the band, including former guitarist Richie Sambora, who reflects on his departure.
Directed and executive-produced by Emmy Award winner Gotham Chopra, the series promises an intimate and authentic portrayal of Bon Jovi.
