Channel 5 presents The Body in the Bin, a documentary that examines a shocking story of fraud, murder, and the impact of social media. The programme uncovers the brutal murder of 71-year-old Louise Kam, a businesswoman and mother, whose body was discovered in a wheelie bin on her killer’s driveway.
The story begins with an audacious plot by Kusai Al-Jundi and Mohamed El-Abboud, workers at a kebab shop, to defraud Louise of £5 million. They attempted to convince her to sign over her entire estate in exchange for the promise of a large sum of money from a wealthy overseas investor. However, when their plan failed, the fraudsters turned into killers.
Louise was strangled with the cord of a hairdryer in one of her own homes in North London, and her body was then hidden in a wheelie bin. In a disturbing twist, the killers posted callous TikTok videos of themselves dancing on Louise’s driveway, “celebrating” her murder just hours after the horrific act.
