In 1997, Ann Sabine moved to Beddau, Wales, from New Zealand. Quickly becoming an integral part of the small community, she was known for her friendly and generous spirit. However, when Ann passed away from cancer in 2015, her friends made a gruesome discovery while fulfilling her lighthearted dying wish.
Ann had asked her friends to retrieve a medical skeleton from her shed as a joke. However, when they did so, they found not a skeleton but a carefully wrapped male corpse. This shocking revelation sets off a police investigation that uncovers a web of secrets spanning decades and reaching across the globe.
As the police investigate they discover sinister side to the gentle old lady everyone thought they knew.
