In a new The Curious Caterer movie, titled “Foiled Plans,” Goldy Berry’s medieval feast at Hyde Castle is interrupted by a murder. She joins forces with Detective Shultz to solve the mystery and prevent the murderer from striking again. The movie airs on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 9.00 pm.
The series stars Nikki DeLoach as Goldy Berry, a caterer who finds herself entangled in mysteries, and Andrew Walker as Detective Shultz, her partner in crime-solving. Their investigation unfolds against the backdrop of a medieval-themed event, adding a unique twist to their usual routine.
DeLoach and Walker have previously worked together on multiple Hallmark projects, including A Dream of Christmas, The Perfect Catch, and Sweet Autumn. Their on-screen chemistry and off-screen friendship have made them fan favorites. In an interview with People, they shared how they instantly connected over their shared experiences as new parents and how their friendship has extended beyond the set.
The Curious Caterer franchise is based on the Goldy Bear Culinary Mystery book series by Diane Mott Davidson.
