On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, The Drew Barrymore Show will feature a wedding-themed episode of Drew’s News with Ross Mathews, who will offer advice on wedding etiquette. The episode will also include a special mother-of-the-bride makeover for a viewer by Drew’s crew members, celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton and makeup artist Kristina Zias. Additionally, interior designers Carter Oosterhouse and Mikel Welch will collaborate to design a dining room for under $500.

The show will also feature a segment with interior designers Carter Oosterhouse and Mikel Welch. Oosterhouse, a former model and television personality, gained popularity as a carpenter on the TLC series Trading Spaces. He has since hosted several home improvement and how-to television shows, including Carter Can and Red Hot & Green on HGTV. Welch, a New York-based interior designer and television host, is known for his appearances on Real Housewives of Atlanta and Roku’s Murder House Flip. Together, they will showcase their expertise by designing a dining room on a budget.

For the mother-of-the-bride makeover, Barrymore will be joined by Chris Appleton, a celebrity hairstylist known for working with A-list celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, and Ariana Grande. Appleton, who is also a creative director for the haircare brand Color Wow, recently married actor Lukas Gage in a highly publicized wedding. Kristina Zias, a makeup artist and a member of Barrymore’s crew, will complete the transformation.
