“The Flipping El Moussas” Will Premiere This March on HGTV

HGTV stars Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae El Moussa’s new series “The Flipping El Moussas” will premiere this March and this time out the whole family are getting involved.

This newlywed power couple in the real estate industry is experiencing many exciting changes, including a new professional relationship and an impending child.

Fans can watch as the family deals with ultrasound appointments, family time, and high-end flips over the course of 10 episodes beginning on March 2 at 8PM ET/PT on HGTV and the same day on discovery+.

In the show, Heather Rae learns about Tarek’s flipping business, which is extremely different from the high-end real estate market. However, her extensive expertise in luxury real estate assists him in making informed decisions that appeal to affluent consumers. Tarek will make sure that each flip is successful by sticking to his “four Fs of flipping” (find it, fund it, fix it, and flip it). The season will be a frenzy of flipping challenges and family festivities, with a wealth of exciting new experiences awaiting them.

“We are ecstatic that we will flip some next-level homes in spectacular locations, all while getting to spend more time together as a family,” said Tarek. “We’ll have some battles of budget versus design choices, but in the end, it will make us stronger in business and in life as we navigate our busy lives as we await our new baby boy,” added Heather Rae.

In the pilot episode, the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles is the site of a large construction project. Although the breathtaking scenery is a selling appeal, that’s about all there is to it. This flip can only be successful if the floor plan is completely revamped and modern, upscale touches are installed throughout to ensure maximum profit. Tarek and Heather Rae need to schedule an ultrasound session in between meetings with contractors and site inspections to check on the development of their unborn child.
