First up is Steve Buscemi, a versatile actor and director. Buscemi’s latest role sees him portray a crisis hotline worker in The Listener, a film that’s been turning heads on the festival circuit. Premiering in Venice in 2022, this gripping drama will close the prestigious 2024 Sarasota Film Festival. Buscemi’s portrayal of a man dedicated to helping others is sure to spark intriguing conversation.
