On Wednesday, celebrated actor Jeff Bridges joins Stephen Colbert on The Late Show. Bridges discusses his latest role in the FX spy drama The Old Man, based on the novel by Thomas Perry. In the series, Bridges portrays Dan Chase, a former CIA operative and Afghanistan veteran who has lived off-the-grid in Vermont for three decades. The show explores Chase’s life as he goes into hiding after killing an intruder in self-defence. Season 2 premieres on FX tonight with a double bill premiere.

Stephen is also joined by his wife, Evie McGee Colbert, for a special cooking demonstration.
