Lyndsy Fonseca (Nikita) and Ian Harding (Pretty Little Liars) star in The Magic of Lemon Drops, a Hallmark Channel original movie premiering Saturday, August 24, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, as part of the network’s Summer Nights programming event.
The film follows Lolly (Fonseca), who is given three magical lemon drops by her aunt. With each lemon drop, Lolly can experience a day in a version of her life if she had followed a different dream. This includes imagining what could have been if she hadn’t ended things with her ex-boyfriend, Rory (Harding), who has recently returned to town.
As Lolly indulges in these fantasy experiences, her perspective shifts. Ultimately, she must make a choice that aligns with the person she aspires to become.
The Magic of Lemon Drops is produced by Hallmark Media Productions. Samantha Sprecher serves as executive producer, alongside producers Cary Davies and David Wulf. The film is directed by Maclain Nelson and written by Tracy Andreen, based on the book The Magic of Lemon Drop Pie by Rachel Linden.
