The episode begins with wedding coordinator Emily and Operations Manager Ness attending a local wedding fair to promote the hotel to prospective brides and grooms. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, the staff braces themselves for the arrival of a group of exacting pensioners led by their regular customer, Ailsa. As the alcohol starts flowing, the hotel must stay on top of their game to ensure a pleasant experience for their elderly guests.

The hotel bar welcomes a VIP canine guest, Molly, who is treated to a luxurious doggy wine, a privilege reserved only for their highest-tier customers. Away from the hotel, recovery driver Greg faces the challenging task of rescuing a stranded ambulance, which is causing a blockage in a car park and infuriating a group of HGV drivers.

Adding to the drama, the current wedding coordinator, Emily, announces her departure, leaving the hotel scrambling to find a suitable replacement. Wedding assistant Chloe and long-term staff member Vicky go head-to-head for the coveted role, undergoing rigorous interviews to prove their worth. All the while, Emily must continue to navigate the pressures of managing the wedding season, ensuring that each couple’s special day goes off without a hitch.
