The Real CSI: Miami, once again looks into true-crime stories and the advanced forensic science employed to solve them. The ninth episode, titled “Sex, Murder, and Videotape,” focuses on a distressing case involving the deaths of two young women and a Miami nightclub owner.
In this episode, viewers are taken to South Florida, where a concerned mother’s worst fears are realized when her daughter fails to return home from a night out. The authorities are notified, and they make a gruesome discovery: an execution-style murder scene claiming the lives of Sharon Anderson, Marie Rogers, and nightclub owner Butch Casey. Adding a grim dimension to the investigation, detectives find a hidden security camera that recorded the entire murder.
