In the third episode of CBS’s new reality series The Summit, the challenging landscape of the New Zealand Alps, the trekkers’ varying levels of endurance and unity become evident.

With the group lagging, the Mountain’s Keeper intervenes, presenting an offer that may expedite their journey to the summit, but it comes with a cost.

As the group grapples with the physical demands of the trek, they also face difficult decisions that test their morals and unity. The proposition from the Mountain’s Keeper adds a new dimension to their journey, one that could have significant individual and collective repercussions.
