The Wilds Season 2 Premiere Date Announced by Prime Video

Following a scavenger hunt on Instagram, Prime Video announced today that the second season of the gripping YA series The Wilds would launch exclusively on Prime Video on Friday, May 6 in more than 240 countries and territories across the world.

Season two of The Wilds will continue to follow the harrowing story of a group of young girls who have been trapped on a remote island, and they weren’t there by chance — they’ve been surreptitiously recruited into an extensive social experiment. The new season amps up the tension by revealing that the girls aren’t the only ones being researched… there’s a new group of subjects, a group of adolescent guys who must now struggle for survival while being watched over by the experiment’s puppet master.

Sarah Streicher, showrunner Amy Harris, the late JamieTarses of FanFare, and Dylan Clark and Brian Williams for Dylan Clark Productions created and executive produced The Wilds. Amazon Studios and ABC Signature, a division of Disney Television Studios, collaborated on the project.
