National Geographic’s To Catch a Smuggler returns with a new episode, “Coked-up Oatmeal,” airing on Wednesday June 5, 2024. As always the episode examines the work of law enforcement officers as they tackle drug smuggling and uncover hidden contraband.
In this installment, officers with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) navigate the complex world of drug smuggling. They go undercover to expose illegal activities, running multiple covert drug deals to entrap criminals. Meanwhile, CBP officers make a surprising discovery as they uncover a hidden stash of cocaine concealed within a seemingly innocuous container of oatmeal.
“Coked-up Oatmeal” highlights the ongoing battle against drug trafficking and the innovative methods employed by both law enforcement and smugglers.
