Evan Funke is a two-time James Beard-nominated chef based in Los Angeles. He is a master of handmade pasta and Italian culinary traditions, having honed his skills under the mentorship of Alessandra Spisni in Bologna, Italy. Funke brings his expertise to his restaurant, Felix Trattoria, in Venice, California, where he showcases a philosophy of seasonality and warm hospitality.
