The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: Wicked, Goo, and “Dune”

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Wednesday night on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon’s got a guest list that looks like it was assembled by throwing darts at a board filled with random celebrity headshots. But hey, sometimes randomness works. Cynthia Erivo, fresh off defying gravity in “Wicked,” will grace the stage. Maybe she’ll drop some anecdotes about her growing friendship with co-star Ariana Grande, or maybe she’ll just demonstrate how to hit those high notes without shattering glass. Either way, it’s a win.

Then there’s Martha Stewart, the domestic goddess who recently endured a hilariously uncomfortable interview with Drew Barrymore. Will she address the Barrymore incident? Will she offer Fallon some tips on crafting the perfect autumnal centerpiece? Will she subtly plug her new cookbook? The smart money’s on “yes” to all three.

Next up, Travis Fimmel, best known for looking ruggedly handsome while dressed as a Viking, will be talking about his role in new Max series “Dune: Prophecy.”

And finally, comedian Emma Willmann is also scheduled. Willmann’s stand-up typically focuses on her observational humor, so let’s hope she’s been observing something more interesting than Fallon’s monologue jokes.
