“Top Chef” serves up a double dose of culinary challenges this Thursday, and things are about to get interesting in the kitchen. First up, actor Sarah Levy joins Kristen Kish and Gail Simmons for a Quickfire Challenge with a distinctly Canadian flavor. The chefs are tasked with creating their most inventive takes on poutine, that glorious combination of fries, cheese curds, and gravy.
But the real test comes with the Elimination Challenge. The chefs must team up to prepare a brunch worthy of the legendary Daniel Boulud, who serves as guest judge. The pressure is high as they try to impress a culinary titan with their teamwork and brunch creations.
“Brunch à la Boulud” tests the chefs’ versatility, pushing them to move beyond the typical late-morning fare. Can they create dishes that are both innovative and satisfying? Will they work together seamlessly or will the pressure cooker environment lead to kitchen meltdowns? One thing’s for certain: with Daniel Boulud at the judges’ table, there’s no room for error.
Catch “Top Chef” this Thursday, March 20th at 9:00 PM ET/PT on Bravo.
