Bravo’s “Top Chef” heads to the wilderness this Thursday with a challenge that tests the chefs’ foraging skills as much as their culinary prowess. In “Foraged In Fire,” the five remaining chefs venture into the Canmore Forest, where guest judges Brenda Holder and Tracy Little will give them a crash course in identifying and gathering edible wild ingredients.
With the prize of a place in the Italy stage of the competition on the line, the chefs must use their newly acquired knowledge to gather ingredients and create a dish to impress the judges. The Canmore Forest becomes an outdoor kitchen, as the contestants embrace the challenge of working with unusual and often unpredictable wild ingredients.
This 75-minute episode of “Top Chef” airs Thursday, May 29 at 9:00 PM ET on Bravo.
