Colter Shaw, the relentless bounty hunter at the heart of CBS’s “Tracker,” finds himself in unfamiliar territory this Sunday: behind bars. In “The Grey Goose,” Colter takes on a new challenge,using fellow rewardist Billie Matalon (Sofia Pernas) to infiltrate a women’s prison. Their mission: to extract vital information from an inmate connected to an escaped prisoner who’s taken a hostage.
Working within the confines of the prison system presents a unique set of obstacles for Colter, who’s more accustomed to wide-open spaces and high-speed chases. He’ll need to rely on his wits, his charm, and perhaps a bit of Billie’s expertise, to get what he needs. The episode also sees the return of Detective Helen Brock (Diana Maria Riva), who provides support from the outside.
“The Grey Goose,” written by Annakate Chappell & Jai Franklin Sarki and directed by Ken Olin, looks to be a tense, claustrophobic installment of the series, testing Colter’s ability to adapt and improvise. The episode airs this Sunday, March 30th at 8:00 PM ET/PT on CBS and will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
