Peacock’s The Traitors returns with another dose of paranoia and deception. In “A B**** Is Lying,” the Faithful find themselves relying on the somewhat dubious “coffin theory” to identify the Traitors among them. Is it a stroke of strategic genius or just another wild goose chase? Only time will tell.
Meanwhile, an alliance forms among the gamers in the group, but in this high-stakes game, trust is a fragile commodity. Is this a legitimate power move or a clever smokescreen concealing hidden agendas? The suspicion is thick enough to cut with a dull butter knife, and alliances shift as quickly as the wind.
Host Alan Cumming presides over the chaos with his usual dry wit, offering sardonic commentary as the players maneuver, manipulate, and generally try not to get murdered (metaphorically speaking, of course). As the game intensifies, one thing remains clear: someone’s lying, and the Faithful are getting closer to uncovering the truth. Maybe.
