Lifetime Movie Network kicks off the weekend with a thriller that’s more likely to make you want to invest in extra deadbolts than book a last-minute beach getaway. “Trapped In Her Dorm Room” tells the story of Erin, a college student whose spring break takes a terrifying turn when she finds herself imprisoned in her own dorm.
As the title not-so-subtly suggests, Erin’s predicament stems from a classmate’s infatuation that quickly spirals into dangerous obsession. The film stars Ciara Hanna as Erin, along with William Sparks, Aja Hinds, Ishika Muchhal, and Nicole Dionne.
It’s a scenario that plays on the all-too-real anxieties of vulnerability and isolation, particularly relevant on college campuses. “Trapped In Her Dorm Room” airs Friday, March 21st at 8:00 PM on Lifetime Movie Network.
