BET+ is giving viewers a first look at Tyler Perry’s Divorced Sistas, rolling out the trailer for the latest scripted project out of Perry’s prolific pipeline. The ensemble drama is set to join the platform’s expanding roster of relationship-led originals, built to court the same loyal audience behind Perry’s long-running hit Sistas.
Created and executive produced by Tyler Perry, the series follows five women trying to piece together their personal and professional lives after their marriages fall apart. LeToya Luckett stars as Rasheda, the poised First Lady of God’s Light Christian Church, whose spiritual commitment is tested by a husband more married to the ministry than to her.
Khadeen Indrea plays Geneva, a sharp attorney caught between a demanding legal career, motherhood, and a marriage losing its footing. Porscha Coleman is Naomi, still reeling from her ex Franklin (Donovan Christie Jr.) and channeling that rage into a scorched-earth approach to her next chapter.
Briana Price takes on the role of Tiffany, a single mom and real estate agent fighting to rebuild after a rough divorce. Jennifer Sears rounds out the core cast as Bridgette, Rasheda’s right hand at the church—and a woman who knows how to carry a lot without breaking.
Also featured are Ronreaco Lee as William, Geneva’s charismatic but complicated husband, and Robert Christopher Riley as Javon, a figure from Geneva and William’s past whose reappearance brings more heat than comfort.
With Perry’s track record on BET+—from The Oval to Zatima—Divorced Sistas is poised to slide seamlessly into the platform’s lineup of high-drama, high-engagement originals. Premiere date is set for June 10.
