“Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan” keeps the laughs coming with “Funcle,” airing Wednesday, April 30 at 7:30 PM ET on Nickelodeon. When Yasmine’s brother pays a visit, a new character enters the scene: Rebecca and Charlie’s uncle, known as “Funcle.” He seems like a blast, but Dylan’s not quite convinced.
