After a terrific start to the UEFA Champions League on Stan Sport, Matchday 4 has arrived with some mouth-watering matches featuring the world’s best players and biggest clubs.

Stan Sport has assembled a top-class commentary team to cover Atalanta v Manchester United (Wednesday 6:35am AEDT) and Liverpool v Atlético Madrid (Thursday 6:35am AEDT) with host Max Rushden leading the coverage alongside Craig Foster and Mark Bosnich who will break down all the action.

Stan Sport’s football coverage will also feature FootballZone – an innovative viewing feature allowing viewers to watch a single live stream crossing between every UEFA Champions League goal, save and highlight as it happens live across concurrent group stage matches.

FEATURE MATCH: ATALANTA V MANCHESTER UNITED
WEDNESDAY 3 NOVEMBER
LIVE ONLY ON STAN SPORT FROM 6:35AM AEDT

Manchester United travel to Italy to face Atalanta in a rematch of Matchday 3’s five-goal thriller.

United’s coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under huge pressure to save his job after a stinging 5-0 loss to rivals Liverpool last week. However, the Norwegian will be buoyed by his side’s 3-0 win over Tottenham on the weekend that was kick-started by a wonderful goal from Cristiano Ronaldo.

Meanwhile, Atalanta will know this is a perfect time to host the inconsistent United and a victory would see them overtake the English giants in the group standings.

FEATURE MATCH: LIVERPOOL V ATLÉTICO MADRID
THURSDAY 4 NOVEMBER
LIVE ONLY ON STAN SPORT FROM 6:35AM AEDT

Liverpool host Spanish champions Atletico Madrid at the iconic Anfield stadium on Thursday morning’s feature match.

The two sides played out a five-goal thriller in Madrid and Atleti will have to do without suspended star striker Antoine Griezmann after his red card in that match.

Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp will hope the incredible form of Mohamed Salah continues, with many saying he is the best player in the world this season with an astonishing 15 goals and 6 assists in 13 matches this season. The match will also see the return of a former Liverpool hero to Anfield in Luis Suarez who could start the match in Griezmann’s absence.

Stan Sport is the only place to watch every match of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League.
