The UnBelievable with Dan Aykroyd Preview “It Came From Above”

Dan Aykroyd, purveyor of the peculiar, is back for a second season of The UnBelievable. This time, he’s tackling the perplexing precipitation of, well, pretty much everything. Forget rain or snow, we’re talking seafood, bathtubs, and other oddities plummeting from the heavens. If you’ve ever wondered if it’s possible to be concussed by a frozen carp, this is likely the show for you.

The season two premiere, “It Came From Above,” is expected to examine these bizarre aerial anomalies with Aykroyd’s characteristic blend of deadpan delivery and genuine fascination. While the premise might sound like something out of a low-budget sci-fi flick, The UnBelievable sets out to investigate real-life accounts of these strange occurrences. From documented meteorite showers to the more dubious claims of airborne amphibians, the episode seems poised to cover a wide spectrum of falling…stuff.

Aykroyd’s appeal, as always, lies in his ability to present the outlandish with a wink and a nod. He’s the guy who can make you ponder the possibility of alien intervention while simultaneously making you chuckle at the absurdity of it all.

Whether you’re a dedicated follower of the unexplained or just looking for some Friday night entertainment, The UnBelievable looks to provide a diverting dose of the strange and unusual. Just maybe keep an umbrella handy, you never know what might drop in.
