“Under the Bridge,” Hulu Premiere, April 17, 2024

Under the Bridge,” a highly-anticipated series based on Rebecca Godfrey’s acclaimed book, is set to premiere on Hulu with two episodes on April 17, followed by weekly releases of new episodes.

The story revolves around the true events of 1997, focusing on fourteen-year-old Reena Virk, portrayed by Vritika Gupta. Reena attends a party with friends and never returns home. Through the perspectives of author Rebecca Godfrey, played by Riley Keough, and a local police officer portrayed by Lily Gladstone, viewers are taken into the hidden world surrounding the young girls accused of the murder. The series uncovers shocking truths about an unlikely killer.

The cast also includes Chloe Guidry, Javon “Wanna” Walton, Izzy G., Aiyana Goodfellow, Ezra Faroque Khan and Archie Panjabi.

Adapted from Godfrey’s best-selling true-crime book “Under the Bridge,” the screen adaptation is by Quinn Shephard. The series is executive produced by Samir Mehta, Liz Tigelaar, Stacey Silverman (Best Day Ever), Shephard herself along with Geeta Patel who will also direct. Other executive producers include Godfrey and Tara Duncan. Riley Keough also serves as an executive producer alongside Gina Gammell (Felix Culpa). ABC Signature takes charge of production for this gripping series.
