In the third episode of new FOX animated comedy Universal Basic Guys, Mark attempts to bond with his stepson, Darren, by teaching him how to throw a handmade boomerang, a gift from Darren’s father.
Their outing takes an unexpected turn as they venture deep into the Jersey woods in search of the boomerang and encounter the legendary Jersey Devil.
Meanwhile, David receives an unexpected package—a sex doll that he didn’t order. He finds himself in a comical predicament as he tries to return it to the sender.
The series has been getting mixed reviews so far, the whole expendable income thing doesn’t quite work unless the guys were earning a pittance before because they would still need x amount of dollars to pay all their bills anyway.
