In “Patient Question Mark,” Dr. John Watson and his team find themselves facing a medical enigma that leads them to the heart of Amish country. It all begins when Sasha stumbles upon a startling connection between a current patient battling advanced cancers and a cadaver she dissected years earlier in medical school. The trail takes them to a community far removed from their usual urban setting, presenting new challenges and a different set of social dynamics.
The key to the puzzle may lie in the patient’s unique tongue lesions, a telltale sign of Cowden syndrome. “Patient Question Mark,” written by Teresa Tuan and directed by Ron Underwood, airs this Sunday at 9:00 PM ET/PT on CBS.
